Hatha is a slow flow style of yoga. The postures are formed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles. We will start at the beginning. You will be given many modifications so you can learn the foundation of the many postures found within this discipline. The more you practice the more you will grow.
This class also incorporates a flow from pose to pose to help with circulation, digestion, and attention to the way the body can move as one entity.
Some of the stretches and strengthening postures can be challenging physically and mentally. Try to embrace this.
