Yoga helps us to release mental inhibitions. When we practice with this as our intention we are able to open to the possibilities that already live inside our beings. Yoga is a tool. This ancient practice is so powerful when pursued as a discipline. Many people respond to the contortions, and holds of yoga because they are so outside of their comfort zone.
Some of the stretches and strengthening postures can be challenging physically and mentally. Try to embrace this.
