Yoga for Posture

Have you ever noticed yourself slouching? Are you a runner or play a sport that requires constant good posture? Do you sit at a desk all day? We can remedy that low back issue by strengthening up those muscles.

  2. Build strength & fitness
  3. Increase confidence
  4. Increase attention
  5. Find comfort in your body

Some of the stretches and strengthening postures can be challenging physically and mentally. Try to embrace this.

Challenge  is the path for growth.

Do your best to realize that you are as ready as you will ever be to come to your mat, and transform.
